Patio Interlocking Process

1. Water drainage: even before installing the pavers, the technician should make sure using laser grades or string lines that his/her interlocking paver base is gently sloping away from the house. This way we have proper drainage for water to drain as well as a mild enough slope for it to feel flat.

2. Longevity: It might look good, but the horror of finding out that the following year or two it starts shifting is something everyone should avoid. In short, to maintain proper longevity, the paver patio installers should excavate properly, compact diligently, use proper materials, and properly apply polymeric sand, among other factors.
